I was impressed with the location and their handling of my rental. However, I tried to do an online reservation for early pickup and that I would not recommend to anyone. The code I was given was a 6 or 8 digit code and the key box at this location requires a 4 letter word. When I called your Oregon help number, I held for quite a while and then my call was transferred to someone in Alaska who was no assistance at all.
Jeri STrucks have been dirty the last two times I have picked up. I have had to sweep entire bed of truck. Inside the cab was ok
