This spot is the worst, I will not recommend it to my worst enemy, the guy in there is unprofessional and rude. I was there on a Sunday at 4pm because uhaul customer service told me it was open till 5 pm. The guy refuse to take the key. I did the return on my phone and talked to customer service for over an hour to figure out what to do with the key because there is no drop off key box. I left the truck parked there as customer service told me to. Ended up having to go back the next day to drop off key to the same guy that was there. The truck had a broken window and the guy refused to take the key again. He told customer service he didn't like my attitude(don't know what he's talking about ) and he refused to take the key. (A business is expected to deal with all different attitudes). After wasting another hour of my time with customer service, he ended up receiving the key. Over all, the worst nightmare to make a U-Haul rental return. BJJS LAUNDROMAT SHOULD NOT BE RUNNING A UHUAL BUSINESS. Is a shame. I wish there was an option for NO stars.

We reserved a trailer. They then sent boxes and two kit to my home. Over 30 items and they claimed we ordered. Receipt I have shows just the transport. They won't credit me. Buyers beware!!!!

Armando Flores PartidaThe site was locked up at 9:00 AM even though the hours posted said they were open. The owner or any employees weren't there on site during posted hours and gates were locked. After searching for a phone # online and yelling through the locked gate for almost 30 minutes, I was finally able to get the attention of a young man (not an employee but a friend/neighbor of the owner??) who put the dogs away and unlocked the gate. I pulled into the yard and backed up my trailer, he left me to unhitch the huge trailer myself. (Dog feces EVERYWHERE!) I asked for help, he said he didn't know how to unhook it so I did what I could. But at 120 lbs with a back injury, I couldn't lift the trailer. The kid who let me in, lifted the trailer up and over my hitch. Although my trailer wasn't due back until 11:30-11:45 on a Saturday and I dropped it off 2 hours early, the non-present owner of the Bubbles site didn't do paperwork or mark my trailer as "returned" until Monday morning, which signaled a non-returned equipment notice from Corporate on Sunday. He then proceeded to charge me for an extra day. Still trying to get that resolved. I immediately contacted U-Haul corporate office and spoke to Myra. I drove back to the "gated yard of feces and broken down cars" and took photos to prove my trailer was there. If ever I need a trailer with U-Haul again, I won't be using this location for pick-up or drop-off.
