My dissatisfaction with U-Haul stems from their computer system. While the staff at Balsam Lake Hardware was quick to check me in they could not print a paid receipt for the rental charges. How is that possible? I needed a printed receipt and failed to receive one at either the pick up or drop off location. Combine that with the dual check in paperwork and the hassle of getting the trailer I ordered and being skipped around from location to location before finally settling on one 10 miles away from my original request made the process cumbersome and confusing. I give U-Haul a below average grade for its system. The people and locations were fine.
CHARLES NI was getting emails for two days saying I didn’t return it and I’m guessing it’s because they didn’t go through and process it right when I brought it back
IRA JThe equipment was clean, but the front wheel on curb side of the auto transport would not reverse, it locked up and just skidded. Going forward all worked as it should. I sprayed WD-40 on the jack because it was quite difficult to raise and lower.
