Both picking up and dropping off vehicle was overly difficult. I was supposed to be able to do everything by my phone but the attendant had trouble understanding what I was doing there. On the return the wrong beginning mileage had been recorded so I was unable to just end the rental and drop off the vehicle and required a lengthy process with the attendant.
Jeffrey GIt’s a gas station with no gas and the clearance of the truck is barely enough to even make it around the parking lot
Jason SIt was a smooth transition flawlessly only thing I really would have been able to use the daly I paid for but was not in the truck. A refund for the the Daly would be nice but you can also keep as a tip for providing such a smooth ride.
