The location was hard to find, hidden in an alley. The representative I received the truck from was professional. The truck was the biggest issue. The truck seemed poorly maintained, the steering of the vehicle was extremely difficult. The whole time I had the truck it felt like the steering could brake down at any moment, super scary. And the comfort of the vehicles ride was horrible, every bump, pot hole, or unlevel street felt like a really bad old school roller coaster ride. I will have to think twice before I rent from U-Haul again.

I did not like doing the mobile pickup. I would much rather pick up and deliver when a representative is there. The location was very dark. And instructions was complicated
