The keys for the truck were not put in the right box by the previous user, but fortunately the hardware store owner helped me find them.

Melissa GThe owner of the store was helpful. I had trouble with the app getting the verification process completed and the lock on the key box was not accepting my code. After 10 minutes, we found that the lock was oxidized. I spent over 30 minutes just trying to get going. I had previous reservations in Bangor at the Odlin Road, but they no longer had the truck I reserved for some reason. It was not an easy process to rent from your company & frankly I’m not sure I will again. When you say you have the right sized truck reserved at the location of our choice, we customers expect it to be waiting for us!
Jonathan AThe truck was parked in a private driveway next to the hardware store which I assume the owner resides at this house? The driveway was not clear of snow. They had several inches making it difficult to walk around the truck. The truck interior was dirty with mud and debris from shoes. The drivers side door was also open.
