Shawn F.The attendant did not follow me to the trailer so I had to drive back to the office and ask for help. There was no jack for the 6x12 trailer so we had to lift it manually. She put the chains on too short. I don't lime that U-Haul has an electronic photocopy of my driver's license.
Rex A.I was told to find the trailer and hook it up myself. The attendant would then take a picture of it. I got the tandem 6x12 trailer on the ball mount and secured but had to immediately move as I was blocking the entrance to the storage area. I pulled up front and the attendant watched as I fastened the chains then took pictures. I don't mind doing what needs to be done but have come to expect more from previous U-Haul rental experiences. I would have been satisfied with a simple communication as to why I wasn't be assisted.
