I ended up renting from this location was due to the fact that my original location in High Bridge NJ did not leave the key in the lock box for my pick up. After wasting over an hour on my pick up date on Sunday, 10/6 to figure out what happened, I ended up going to this location. I called to confirm my lock box pick up on Saturday, 10/5, and was assured by U Haul that the key would be there. Due to this inconvenience, I am not likely to rent from U Haul in the future. Bad service and bad communications.

Both of the people that work at this location were extremely rude, unpleasant, and did not respect my time. It took extremely long to get the vehicle even though I did the express check-in online. The woman made me scan my driver's license again and had an attitude the entire time she was helping us. She constantly rolled her eyes and sighed heavily the ENTIRE time we were there. Then after pulling out of the parking lot and trying to get gas at the attached gas station, the man that works there scolded me for going the wrong direction even though there was only ONE way that I could turn. If I have to rent a UHAUL again in the future, I will be sure to find another location even if I have to drive 50 miles so that I don't have to deal with the god-awful customer service that these two people provided.

Make sure your overall uhaul software is working - much too long a wait because your system was down - we were moving and the delay caused quite the family drama.

I drove 30 miles and the woman who checked me in charged me $23 dollars for 5.6 gallons of gas! And she operates out of a gas station! She never informed of the gas policy and was rude. I would NEVER use this location again. Very disappointed!
