Find a better way to pick up truck, complicated way to get keys, took us well over a hour, when I could of taken care of things before I left Lawton

Johnny C.The tow dolly was great with the exception of the ratchets which were both rusted and very difficult to operate. They would not release and I had to get a large screwdriver to unwind them. A $2 can of spray lube from Walmart would have prevented the problem in the first place.
