This was not my first choice but my first choice (even tho the on-line system allowed the reservation) is not open on saturdays. This location which was supposed to open at 8 AM, did not have a person there until 10 AM, not a fluke as I asked in the shop next door and was told they don't open until 10 AM. In calling the number for the location ~ 9 AM, was told he would be there in 30 minutes. In calling the location at 9:40Am - no answer. In calling the location at 10:05 AM (someone was there but doors still closed/locked) phone was answered with "I'm working on getting your truck ready" - not how most businesses answer the phone.

Love the convenience of the 24/7 pick up and drop off! And how accommodating the owner was to complete my request even after I received a call from customer service that it was not an option! Will definitely recommend them to anyone and also choose them again for any future needs!

I don't know the guys name but he helped me out by placing me in another truck once I discovered the Ck Engine light was on in the one we were supposed to pick up. He was busy with other stuff so I appreciate him taking the time to help me out.

The rental experience itself was pleasant, The owner was "customer satisfaction" oriented and a very friendly. The only thing I would recommend is to be sure the truck cab is cleaned thoroughly after each rental.
