The app was not great. It glitched many times, requiring assistance from someone onsite at check-in and that ate 20 minutes+ of my time which is the opposite of it’s intended purpose!
Ian JCustomer service was horrible. They have no real way to contact them at all. They failed to give instructions on how to return vehicle. I was unaware location was closed on the date my van was suppose to be returned and couldn’t get in contact with anyone. They called the next day with horrible communication and terrible attitudes.
Shakira HThe absolute worst customer service and the van was FLITHY!!! It was utterly disgusting and had a ticket on the van. When I walked back the location and spoke to the manager her response was “oh I didn’t know it was dirty”. No offer for a different van or for it to be cleaned. Nothing. I would definitely never recommend.
