I had a very smooth experience. I have used this location before and it was just as pleasant. The husband and wife duo are easy to work with and seem happy to assist.
Lakisha WSwitch to modulate heat/cooling didn't work. It was stuck on heat. Radio didn't work well- lots of static. Truck was clean - just needed some work as noted above. Other than that, everything was fine.
DAVID MEmployee was upset the entire time and complaining about not having any help. I was the only person in line while she was complaining. She then could not get the U-Haul out of its spot because she couldn’t find the keys to the one blocking it in. She ran into the U-Haul behind her and in front of her trying to get it out. 40 minutes later I asked if I could use the U-Haul next to it that was a 15 foot one. They said yes and not to worry about the cost then ended up charging me for it. I filled up gas to where it was at (have picture of gas gauge) and they still charged me 4 gallons of gas.
