Astonishing service! Third time renting from Cornerstone, and third time giving 5 stars to this location. Many locations closer to home, but it's hard to find good service and a good personality. I like this Cornerstone restoration location because of its great service. Merci

I went to drop off a truck and the instructions were misleading since you technically cannot drop off in a lot. There was no lot to park in and no extra space to park the vehicle on the side walk area, so I made and executive decision to park in the street near their locked door. I was told this location is open from 9 to 5, but no one was around for assistance. What if you rented equipment and want to return that, too? Also, I still need a receipt from this location, and another location for the trailer for proof of drop off. All this computerized order and drop off is not all correct. Check everything. It is apparent that we, the customers, are doing the work for the employees now.
