Your app is terrible. Both pick up and drop off I had issues with your app working and had to call customer service and wait forever to get someone to do it via email instead of using your crappy app and website service. I hope I never have to use uhaul again. I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with your after hours check out and check in process via website or app. It's awful.

We had ordered a dolly and moving blankets, none of which were provided. I had to call and after waiting on hold for 30 mins I finally reached someone to make an adjustment of the charges as this location isn't open on Mondays. It was difficult to find the right vehicle as it wasn't parked in the location specified in the app.

The location and staff there is amazing and accommodating however ,., U-Haul is very greedy when comes to mileage these days and any slight overages. They also could use some sort of package deals...! Such as renting certain sizes for certain milage get some equipment free (dollies, blankets, car hauler package) . Idk I think it's pretty expensive unless you're going very short distance.!! Other that excellent LMAO good luck.

I did specify a specific location right down the street from our home, but that location was not picked on the confirmation date. Every detail matters for a 7-hour moving trip with 2 toddlers, and it was out of the way to travel 30 miles in the am the opposite way when I chose a closer applicable location.

Price charged was 50% higher than original quote. At check in they misread the gauge causing me to be charged an additional $75 for gas. The only thing that redeemed the rental was the district manager Matthew who helped resolve the fuel overcharge situation.

had to wait FOR ABOUT AN HOUR so the moron could figure out how to do the contract then he told me I had to have it back at 4pm!!!!!!!!!!!!I guess the 6 hours included the time I had to wait in the office.The tow dolly was a piece of crap and I had to stop twice in a 30 mile trip to put it back on the tire it had a knot in it and the rackets were so rusted I had to put some wd 30 on them to get them to move
