Take her location away. She has no idea what she is doing. There is no cell service at her location so she wants you to check in on your phone but you can't. I have verizon not some cheap service. She doesn't have wifi so it made things impossible. I reserved a furniture dolly when I asked for it she brings out a hand truck. I said no I need a furniture dolly. She said I don't know what that is, this is all I have. At this point I was about done. She goes behind her little shack and brings back a furniture dolly that was heavily rusted, the wheels barely moved, one of the belts on the back for going up stairs was missing, and the strap was hard and torn in a couple spots. I took it because it's all she had. She then went inside while I put it in the truck and locked the door. I wanted paperwork but she didn't answer. I left and called customer service. They said she hadn't dispatched the uhaul and I needed to go back because it could be reported stolen! So I drive back and was on the phone with customer service trying to figure out what to do for about 20 mins and then I finally get a text and it was dispatched so I was finally able to leave this all took over an hour of my time that now I lost of some cooler temps of loading. I didn't ask for this location I was forced by uhaul to go there. I reserved this a month in advance and I should have been able to pick up where I asked to not where you made me. The people at Summerfield sales are amazing and I would have been in and out in no time. This was the 3rd truck I got in last month and shouldn't of had to deal with all of this.
