Unmanned location. Owner was not a very good communicator This was not our original pick up location. Without notification the owner at Ztire cancelled our reservation overnight so that he could use the U Haul equipment for personal use. This added hours of work and additional drive miles to our rental.

We was shorted out money
Rented for one day (Friday September 25th to Saturday September 26), but charged for three days not one! I was told to take the key Thursday night at 5pm so he wouldn't have to bring it to me in the morning at 10 when I picked the truck up. I sai but I only want the truck one day and he looked at me funny like he was surprised. Do I said Zfriday at 10am to Saturday at 10am only and he said I owe you a refund. I said pay me when I return the truck. He said okay. I asked if additional fees and he said no. I signed his iPad for the contract but never got to read it. He said it would be in the email. I didn't find it in the email until recently. I was Owed a refund and didn't get it. Told to give cash of 150.00 when it was less. Told I went 40.00 over the 150.00 but It was paid for by Curtis, and I owed nothing. I questioned him twice on that and asked what were the miles. He said I do not know. I said can you text or email me and he said yes. Then I got an email saying I owed 60.00 more with a late fee of 30.00 if I didn't pay it but I was owed 56.06 refund. Curtis told me the tank was half full and to return it half full when it was really on full so I returned it on full. That was odd. The truck had egg shells on the floor and I didn't eat eggs!!! My friend rode with me and helped me clean the truck. She was surprised at the egg shells. I filled up the truck one mile from from the drop off so that gas station has me on camera and the Gus' Hardware that shares the Uhaul parking lot has me returning the truck at 5:47am Saturday on their cameras. I have those who heard him say bring 150.00 cash and proof I didn't pick the truck up until approximately 12noon Friday. Do I had the truck 16hrs total and not three days as Curtis charged me. Can not recommend this Uhaul location. Jean Noffke
Make sure everything that people are charged for is there I was charged for dolly's had no dolly's also was charged $122 for what the truck had more gas than I left with
I was not aware of the process for service. I was fortunate there was a kind gentleman that helped me out. Very good customer service
I indicated I wanted to check in at the counter. Even though it was supposedly during their open hours no one was at the location and I had to call. I think when you sign up for this location there should be an indication that it will all be done by phone. My phone was not working so I had to find someone to borrow a phone from.
I rent U-Haul 15to20 days per year andI rate this rental as the worst. There was no human interaction other than by phone. You wanted a picture of my license ...I don' t have that capability. You wanted self check-in ...I did not have access to that . You charged me a $20.00 fee for after hours check-in...I left the trailer at 2:00pm and called the phone number provided. These are just the highlights. I believe that I need to make other arrangements if this a reflection of future operations.
Most of my friends would like to speak in person with a person instead of doing everything online. So no I would not recommend this location to no other place maybe to another location where they could speak with a person.
Person was not there when got to the place of business. Then I had to want to come back and plus you charged me $20.00 dollars for him to do self check in!!! When the application wouldn't let me do self check in because my picture was not taken at time I was checking it in because I had to wait for him to get the location. I took the picture at 11:22am when I drop the truck and car dolly off. I'm not happy with his service at all and to be charged for him checking me in just worng!!!!!!!
was not told this place was closed in mid week. Had to do drop off via phone. Which wasn't hard. I am a person that like to deal with people make sur everything but psrking loy wss big and easy to move around.
The truck was filthy and smelled of cigarettes. The rental process itself was a nightmare as well. Next time I'll stick with Penske.
Better communication and service.
First time I have used 24/7 Rideshare service. Good experience. Truck was not as clean as I would expect with cab ok, but had dried up spilled drink in cup holders and down the cover below cup holders. In this time of covid19, I expected the cab to be sanitized or at least wiped down with Clorox wipes. The cargo box was not swept out. Truck had very minimal damage on the lower plastic guard behind RR wheel house. Attempted to upload picture, with no success. Truck rode great and no issues to report. I filled truck up, so I left it with more fuel than when I picked it up and wiped cab down with Clorox wipes to sanitize for next customer. *Uhaul should require sanitizing and provide Clorox wipes. I would recommend this location and use them again.
The location opens at 10am per uhaul site and sign on their door. I get there and nobody is there. After calling a few numbers I get a call back to complete rental and use trailer. Got back a few hours later to drop trailer off and still closed. Thank you uhaul for online dropoff!!! Could have been a fluke at the store but I didn't see a sign indicating why they weren't open. Possible they were sick or had some family emergency? I just didn't appreciate that it cost me a half hour waiting around.
The guy that I dealt with today was not a great experience at all. I had reserved my trailer last night and I was waiting for 30 minutes at the most before he noticed I was waiting on a trailer. Explained to him that I had already paid for the trailer. Instead he worked with the other customer. When I tried to go in and ask if I could just get my trailer number since I had already paid for it. He responded with â€œyou'll have to wait, I'm with a customerâ€, he also said, â€œthere are other places to rent fromâ€(after I had explained that I had already paid at this location for pick up). Sat there for another 30-45 minutes. Then I finally got my trailer number but by that point I was just already fed up.
The location advertised as open with posted hours, their doors were locked during attempted pick up and drop off. GPS on mobile devices is incorrect so using mobil check in and pick up is nearly impossible, it took half a day with multiple uhaul service reps to complete the pickup. Then, I was over charged. My reservation was changed during my pick up, while I'm actually in the process of picking it up and extra charges were added. After dropping it off 2 hours before my reservation ended, and during business hours when no employee is in sight, they charge me another $20 because they weren't there to complete the check in even after I completed it myself with my smart phone on sight. Now, our family is financially hurting because of being over charged. I even took pictures of when I returned the truck. Really terrible experience with uhaul.
The rental here did not work out. They did not set up the rental properly, and I had to drive to Belton, a neighboring town, after spending a significant amount on the phone with a Representative, making me late to meet our movers. THEN the truck was filthy, and I was promised a $50 credit for my trouble which is yet not reflected on my bill and I see I was also charged a cleaning fee!!! Very unhappy with this experience.
I scheduled a different location to pick up my U-Haul. They contacted me the day before and told me there was not going to be a truck available and rescheduled my location. I scheduled a furniture dolly. One was not provided for me and they did not have one available unless I drive 20+ miles to a different location to pick one up. I did not have the necessary equipment to move my furniture. In the future, I would recommend when they change anything to an order that they make sure everything the customer ordered is ready and available as scheduled.
Served the purpose but was charged wrong. Insurance was added and was not asked if I wanted to purchase.
When i go pick it up make sure there is enough gas in it for me to drive it.. I picked it up it was on E i took it back with more fuel in the truck than when i recevied it
Have someone at store to complete transactions instead of doing it online and over phone so you know exactly what you are being charged for. Also it would be nice if all trucks had enough gas for the day instead of being on empty when you first get in. Otherwise everything was great.
I am very upset about the price I was charged for a 6 hour usage of only local use. Around 30 miles. I was not expecti g to pay 144.00 for the use of the uhaul. The advertisement is very deceiving and i was not informed of all the extra costs. I will not use this location or Uhaul again.
Why did I get charged for fuel and it wasn't on but a Quarter of a tank when I got it and put fuel in it and was on a quarter when it was returned
Everything was handled over the phone and I got charged a 20 dollar after hours fee, even though everything was handled during the open hours of the business
the man told me that he would be there at 4 and at 4 he said he had left for the day. I called u haul and then he came back and he charged me 25.00 extra left the ruck with 1/4 tank of gas. he is a liar and he don't need to rent u haul trucks.
