They people running the location were friendly and helpful. The truck was dirty. There was a significant amount of rope and twine tied to the rails in the back. The windshield was very dirty, inside and out. I had to clean it to be able to see well in the dark. I wish I’d have read the fine print. I didn’t realize that the rate that I paid was including mileage past a certain allowed mileage. This made my end bill very excessive. Never was discussed or pointed out. This along with the difficulty in finding a place to drop the truck off will keep me from using uhaul in the future.

I was unhappy with my Uhaul experience for this particular rental until I ended up at David's location. I left in a much better move than how I'd been left feeling from the two prior locations my reservation was shuffled through the day before needing a truck. Take the drive to his Benton location.

1. Ensure equipment is ready when scheduled. 2. Verify equipment is serviceable when scheduled. 3. Make the advanced payment and check in more advantageous to the customer...instead, everything must be redone at time of rental pickup. 4. Ensure trailer is accessable when picking up...had to steer around a parked car to get the trailer out. 5. The long haired guy tried to make me pay a $1.00 per pad rented to prevent having to pay when I turn in the pads if they aren't folded.
