Location was ok, but the overall experience was not. they did help get me setup with another truck somewhere else, but ended up having to go to multiple locations to get the truck, and furniture dolly's.
Kristi M.The customer service agent at this location was very professional and friendly and listen to our all the problems that we had to do with the previous location and what happened. Also, I was told that we would get rid of embarrassment based on more gas in the vehicle than what we got whenever we purchased a vehicle from the other location to go load our belongings out of our house. I'm waiting to hear back from U-Haul in regards to that.
