The lot was tiny, and there was no signage as to where to park my personal vehicle while I was using the rental. The van was also slightly beat up, with a couple issues. I was also supposed to receive a confirmation call from this location, which I did not.

The overall process of picking it up when nobody is there is annoying. Taking a ton of pictures, verifying with someone else if you don't have a passport. Just annoying. Time consuming when you're on a time schedule.
