First of all they were about to rent my truck that I had reserved for over 2wks to someone else. I get that mistakes are made but no one at this location checked my ID and they obviously did not check the other person's ID either. I actually came early to my appt, had I not my truck would have went to someone else. Than I paid my truck in full and continued getting emails and texts saying I did not pay. I sat on the phone on hold for 30mins for someone to try to figure out where my money went since it was taken from my acct. Overall not a good experience

Truck was nice I'm looking to buy the same one now only thing that was a issue was there was glass under both seats and in back of cab looks like the window broke and was fixed but thank you for letting me rent the truck saved my job and I will be renting 1 next week

Have another motorcycle trailer on hand. I had no problems but only one motorcycle trailer. I just walked in and it was available, but if someone else needed one on the same day it would not have been available

My vehicle was clean but it was easy for me to tell that it needed new brakes and rotors; it seems the trucks are rented back out so quickly that no staff gets a chance to drive them. When I told staff when I returned it they were very pleasant and responsive

I never received my receipt and after the return I was charged an extra $30 and no reason known to me as to why.

I reserved through the call center, and went to get my vehicle at the appointed time. When I asked a couple questions during the rental process, it seemed as if I was annoying the staff person - like my questions were not allowed to be asked. For one of them (about gas), he curtly told me that it would be explained during the review of the forms. When we did go over the forms, it was almost a robotic type of disertation - he's done this 1000times before so it just comes out automatically. But it didn't answer my question, so I asked it again and it was as if I was annoying him by trying to clarify something. Then when I got out to the truck, the online verification of vehicle's condition was showing me old pictures, so in one instance I had to upload a new pic myself so that I would not be charged for paint/graphics damage which was plainly visible. Opening the back, I put in a bunch of moving supplies that I brought along, and noticed a dolly attached in the back of the truck. I asked about taking it out, and they said the dolly has to go with the truck; but I didn't rent a dolly (it was a choice to add it onto the rental), and it was taking up space in the corner next to the door and I thought it might be in the way. So I told them I didn't want it and I took it out of the truck - the way the manager acted, it seemed as if I was committing a crime. Glad to be out of there, the move itself went well - the truck was solid, drove well, and held all we needed (these things are bigger than they seem). Upon return, the previous days events had been forgotten by the manager, and things started out fine. When I got the bill, it was a bit more than the estimated bill - about $16. I knew I was over my mileage estimate by 9 miles, so that would be $8, but didn't know what the other $8 was. The manager acted annoyed that I would dare to question the bill, and only printed one out at my request so I could see what happened. He walked away to start cleaning the truck, and I soon saw the problem - there was a $7 charge for a dolly !!!! When he came in a few minutes later, I showed him the charge and he said that was because the dolly isn't back yet. I reminded him that I had not taken the dolly - I had removed it before leaving yesterday. 'Oh, that was you,' he said... So instead of re-doing the bill, he went into his system and put a $7 credit on my card. Seems to make everything even, but the right thing to do would be to re-do the whole bill and then see if that charge affects anything else. Like tax - which on rentals seems to be about 8%. So he beat me out of 56cents, but it's more than that. It's about doing right by your customer and treating them as if they are important and they're not bothering you or inconveniencing you. From the very start, this whole transaction seemed like a hassle for the manager, who didn't want to answer questions, almost had a conniption when I didn't want the dolly, and then got annoyed about a

Service with Angel was great. Pretty straight forward and quick. He helped me cut my cost down by advising to return the truck to the same location since I wasn't moving too far away. Needed to add an extra day and it was done with no issues. The truck made my move much easier. Thanks!

Gentleman at the counter wasn’t friendly to me. I rented the truck until 9:30am Saturday, and he insisted that I could not keep it that long. He said it didn’t matter how long I reserved it for online - I Has to return it earlier that what my agreement stated. I would have gone somewhere else, but I was short on time so I just took it.
