The people are nice. On the 10ft truck I rented, the wiper blades would not clear the windshield of rain and snow and I had to replace them myself. Also, the interior cap light was not functional.Dennis D.
They over charged and then charged us a late fee!!! Do not trust them . They literally said as long as it was returned before noon Sunday we would only be charged 1 day!!!! Disappointed in their serviceLENIN T.
We both had problems with the pick up process. Don't know if it was a wifi connection problem, or a software problem, but things did not flow smoothly. Everything worked out fine and the people were great, but it could have started out better.Dennis D.
I am 62 years old, have had back surgery and the employees made me hook up the trailer I rented and when I returned the trailer was told to unhook it myself. I have never experienced this treatment when renting a u-haul in all my years. Never will I use another u_haulRICKY W.

Site Representative Jennifer was unaware of return on contractual date. On the day for which the trailer was returned was a business working day which obviously wasn't properly inventoried. The next business day received the call from her asking when I was going to return the trailer. I explained where and when the trailer was returned. Instead initiating the call and explaining the situation she shortly after sent a bill of receipt with overage charges of being returned 2 days late even though she had the customer service obligation to be transparent with billing. Not only is this fraud, but now am having to waste valuable time doing her job. Corporate U-Haul is correcting all fraudulent over charges. This location is lacking representation and seems to want to overcharge anytime they "accidentally" make a mistake the customer will pay not them! U-haul please correct these errors at this location. I am not the only one....Caleb W.

Site was @ 65 miles from where I originally reserved my trailer a week earlier. This was the only store with an available trailer in the area. Uhaul Rep called me the day before my scheduled pick up advising a trailer was not available until a day later. I told rep that was not acceptable as I already had plans and hotel reservations on the road. I was thankful to eventually get a trailer but aggravated that I had to drive a 3 hour round trip to get it.BILLY BOB II H.

We rented a car dolly. the wheels did not straighten out and we pulled off to one side for our trip. The lady was more concerned about getting the unoit turned in than making sure the equipment was usable. The right side strap needed to be replaced.Stephen B.

I had to drive over an hour away to pick up the equipment as others were out of stock, staff member did compensate mileage and give me an extra day, which did not cover the 2.5 hours round trip or gas. The staff member seemed unfamiliar with navigating the computer system. While most trailers are the same basic concept, each type has its own intricacies. The staff member would of been content handing me the keys to the truck, but I did request assistance backing the truck up to the trailer. When helping with connecting the truck to the trailer the staff member appeared to be untrained on operating the equipment. Once the trailer was connected the staff member disappeared and left it to me to load and secure my personal vehicle. I was able to due to prior familiarity with similar trailers, it seems to be a safety risk and liability issue, especially for those with no familiarity with trailers.sean B.
