The location is fine for a vehicle pickup or drop off - But they do not have any supplies on hand - Even supplies reserved via the rental agreement. We had to go to another location to pick up our moving pads. Which created a dilemma at the drop off because the pads were not added to my rental agreement. An entirely new agreement was issued at the second location.
