I never received a final invoice after returning the truck. I did it on my phone and said it was complete and emailed to me and I never received it.

Hours of operation posted incorrectly on line. Contract listed return on gas gage should be above 1/4 tank, yet even though slightly below 1/2 , was charged for 3 gallons, and sight was Closed at 2:30 pm, So there was no one to contrast this to
Brian David G.Location claimed to be open at the time we dropped of the units but the location was closed and locked. An employee showed up as we were leaving and only asked if we dropped the key off in the lockbox.
Greg P.We rented a truck to drive 3 000 miles across the country and it had no window handle on the driver's side. We also had to get the truck at one end of town, and the dolly at the opposite end. Also, uhaul doesn't do price matching anymore, which was disappointing.
