The online pickup process took 1,5 hours and was incredibly difficult
William K.For starters this is not the location I chose for pick up. This location is not easy to get in and out of. The can of truck was filthy. The bumper on passenger side was falling off and the is front end issues with truck and transmission issues. I tried to call the number on the door of pick up location to no avail. Over all horrible experience with location and the truck
Faye W.I was charged an extra $30 for 6 gallons of gas when the odometer was only 25 miles. I didn't use anywhere close to 6 gallons of gas and it was below the halfway mark when I picked it up. Kind of scammy if you ask me.
