Hours were written on the door but nobody ever showed up. We had to return to our pickup location so we just left the trailer on site. I called the number on the contract and informed them of our actions. They were ok with that. Two days later I stopped in at the location I rented the trailer and it still hadn't been checked in. Not good.

The inspection was poor as he only briefly lifted the truck bed and said it was clean which it was not. When I got to my destination to load the truck the bed was filthy and reeked of marijuana. The cab also reeked of marijuana and we found a marijuana pipe, wraps, and other paraphernalia.
Samantha WOn-site manager who is actually on-site would have been nice. He was nice and cordial, pleasant to deal with, and helpful, once he got there. We appreciated that he had the vehicle we needed on the lot, too. Other UH locations did not.

Ellia CThis Uhaul location was a joke. No one on the premises. The drop off was completed on time, but the Uhaul employee failed to get it checked in for days afterwards. I called customer service who could do nothing, except refer me back to the incompetent drop of location. Both he and the Regional manager could not be reached during business hours by phone. After multiple phone calls I reached the drop off location employee who recognized his error. Today 4 days later, I received a receipt of my drop off and record of my deposit finally being processed, credited back to my C.card. Your service sucks. This response will be posted on your Google reviews to. Zero Stars is my rating. I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned.
