So when I checked out it asked if it was cleaned and ready for the next customer I accidentally clicked no, there was no back button or edit and then the system tried to charge me 25 $cleaning fee. I refuted this charge. I have been a frequent uhaul renter but after this experience, and poor customer service with the â€œautomaticâ€ process that the nursery woman wasn't sure of. The code I was not given and the time it took for me to check out when I had already spent the time doing it online, I will not use this service againPaula L.

The location was ok. I had rented at a different location and you canceled me and made me go to this location out of my way. Cost me more money and a HUGE inconvenience. I am not happy with my experience at all!!!CHRISTINE H.
Vehicle and the key pick up area were in opposite spots on the property. In addition, I was supposed to have a furniture dolley included with my rental but was not.John H.
Although we arrived at the scheduled time, there was no sign directing us to exactly where to pick up the trailer we'd reserved or to whom we should speak about our rental. After waiting quite awhile at the checkout counter while the man helped a couple in front of us, he said that he didn't do the UHaul rentals and we had to wait for Steve - the man behind the counter contacted Steve to let him know we had arrived. Once Steve was finished with the people he'd been helping with garden things he came right to us. Steve was very helpful with the checkout and the check back in. Although the UHaul website/software had been having significant issues earlier in the day, it worked well for our rental.Kathleen G.

The home and garden store had great customer service. Very friendly. I could not figure out how to use the mobile reservation/pickup/drop off features. I tried to click links and go to the dashboard however they usually didn't work. I just ended up asking the customer service in the garden store to help me with the pickup and drop off.Daniel B.

I wish the "approval" step was done before going to the place of rental pickup. Upon arriving at time I wanted it, I was waiting and waiting, so I could just sit and wonder how long so I had to take off for other things. While out, they contacted me but not being on uhaul, first reference didn't answer then gave them a second one, but then she was in the bathroom. Just a lot a wasted time that I could have been essentially "approved" by Uhaul to rent before the day I needed it would have been nice. Then getting back to the uhaul office to get the truck was later so I didn't get it back at 330 and got charged a 2nd day charge. I was expecting $50 charge total with est. distance and jumped to $98. I filled it up with gas did all the right things but feel a bit cheated. Truck was great, rental place was great, app was good minus that approval day of rental that delayed me. Lesson learned I guess. On the app too I didn't know it was going to put me in use during the approval process, the app thought I was at the rental place still and I didn't realize it. I got to the rental place later and couldn't reference the gas on checkout or get the combo for lockbox, had to get the owners help which was annoying and would have been nice and made more clear of the checkout process. Location services was on so it knows that I wasn't no longer at the location so to put me in use with the truck was a bit sketchy, not that it was intentional, just the app logic needs to be improved, and if the app doesn't see them in the vicinity anymore, the checkout process needs to be canceled and start from the beginning. Other than this it was a good experience.Lawrence R.
When I went to return the vehicle there was no good signal and it took forever for the process to upload and then it timed out. If it was off hours it would have been worse. Luckily one of the workers helped me out but if they had been closed I would have been screwed I'll think twice and maybe go back old school next timeJeffrey D.
