When I returnbed the truck the business was closed.The drop box for the key was locked and no one gave me the combination. I called u haul customer service and was put in hold for over 20 minutes. I bet if I returned the truck 20 minutes late I would have paid a penalty. I should have been given the combination by text or email during my drop off protocol. That way I would not have wasted my time waiting on u haul to answer my call.

Noah S.I dont have any issues with the 2 on this page, but I do have major issues with the Hillsboro wi place where I initially placed my order on the 29th of August. I went to pick it up and je had nothing for me and was extremely rude about it. I had to go to boscobel to get it and it cost me more then $500 more bcuz it was last minute. I was truly ticked off.
