We arrived at 0900 and waited until 0915 but no one ever showed up to open the place. We had to do online drop off since no one showed up to work.

The only complaint it have is that something black was on the walls and door and it got all over the furniture in the trailer and we have to get the couch steam cleaned.

I was charged double the charge after they fixed the refund trying to add the insurance that I never got. they were unable to add insurance when I returned to the Uhaul office no one viewed the truck in person with me and now I have to take this trip with waiting on my refund they charged back. All this to not have insurance? And hold 690.63? During a pandemic that I was sickened by an apartment with walls of mold. In bossier city Louisiana 71113
