I had an excellent experience with The reservation process, it was quick and easy, and the staff at the location were friendly and helpful. The location is just a pick up location not an actual store .The truck I rented was in great condition and made my move go smooth . The pick-up and drop-off procedures were seamless with the help of Curtis and I appreciated the clear instructions. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of reliable, affordable moving services!" The biggest PLUS there are no Lines at this location just pick up and go!

These people scammed me and stole from me. They didn’t have the mileage updated or the gas updated and I took a picture of the dashboard before leaving. They emailed me the contract but never told me anything about it. I was charged more when I went to drop it off because of the discrepancy even though I had the picture time stamped to prove it. I will be calling corporate to file a formal complaint and get my money back. On the site it said I would be charged 184. The total ended up being over $250. Extremely unprofessional. I ordered for pick up at 12:30, he didn’t pick up the first phone call and then said no one was there to give me the keys so I’d have to call a different location. Absolutely terrible experience, terrible customer service, and I left regretting having done business with them. Go elsewhere, would not recommend.
