The U-Haul dealer was so good at the customer service. Overall experience i went through was great, above and beyond. Earlier i thought this service is going to cost me alot but it turned out to be a very cheap and pocket friendly. Thank you U-Haul

This location so good where you can get grocery and cell phone accessories and used and new phone and iptv box in $100 and $10 monthly This store pretty much have every thing that we neeed very good prices I recommend to every body visit one time U-Haul service from this location very very good

The shop owner was late. Had to wait 15 minutes before he could finally begin the rental process.

Worst customer service by Irra store. They don’t have any idea how to operate uhaul software and how to make any changes. Were very rude and errogant. When asked something about Truck, owner said in rude way that it’s not his duty to explain anything. Also because of this owner fault my cerdit was overcharged. Never ever recommend uhaul service to anyone.

There should be the sign with U-haul logo at the street. It is hard to find unit 5.

when I arrive at this location it was closed so I park the trucks do the online return bullshit and go to the store to drop the keys....guess what there's no keys drop off box....a guy walks out of the store besides it and says he works at uhaul. I give him the papers and he calls his owner to confirm....then he says he will take only one truck and I request him to take both and that I will call uhaul to change the drop off on the other truck...but he threatens me that leave one truck and go otherwise he won't ever take the one he's supposed to take.... then again I call uhaul for over and hour and takes me 2 to 3 hours just to drop the trucks and go home.....

Was originally told my truck would be ready for 8am. I then recieved a call saying that there was a mistake and I couldn't pick up my truck up until 9 due to the store owner not being around to put the key in the box. I arrived the next morning at 9 am. Shop owner didnt show up until 9:20. He then told me my reservation wasn't showing up in his system. I didnt get my truck off the lot until 9:45 after I spoke to uhaul on the phone. Overall terrible experience.

Please make sure that the vehicle was checked before you hand over to the customer. One of the headlights was not working and we only discovered at night time when we need it most.

The truck was dirty but no fault of the store. The customer before me was an hour late returning the truck. That was an annoyance. Then I get the truck I decide to check the truck to see if there is a hand truck in the back to find a broken mirror in the back from the previous customer. The store owner cleaned up the broken mirror and swept out the back of the truck. He did not have a hand truck I could rent. Overall it worked out but a few hiccups due to the inconsiderate actions of the previous customer. Also I never got a final invoice or summary for this rental. The truck was returned after hours.

The Cl irk was very rude. When I asked for an explanation of the charges regarding the millage, he was giving me attitude . To the point where I had to tell him "excuse me, I am the customer and I think I have a right to ask questions". Please rethink where you have your pick up locations as this makes me not want to use your company again. This man ruined my experience with Uhaul

A person at the counter was having problem with his terminal machine from 2 days, when I went, he again faced the same situation, he called and was trying to get help from someone on the phone and it took almost 30 mins but problem was still there, I had to intervene and understand what the guy was telling and acted. it worked out at the end but if terminal was not good, why not change as soon as possible? I booked online to save my time but ended up wasting 45 mins at the location, on top of that, had to give in all info all over again even if I filled it online already.
