I found the person in charge more interested in selling cigarettes and candy bars than the truck rental. I was hoping the would have been a proper rental area where one could get shipping blankets but nothing. If I knew it was like this, I would never have done this.

It might be a good idea to require these smaller locations to sanitize the equipment after it is returned, to reduce the covid-19 risk, as we are in still in danger of community spread. I had to ask for wipes to clean the vehicle myself.

Overall my experience was very good as first time rental truck user. I reserved online and went to pick up on time. For some reason mobile pickup was not working for me so I went in the store and guy there was very helpful. Truck was clean and very thing went fine.

Poorly managed location. Very limited knowledge of the rental and also the truck was stinking! It had used toilet paper lying on the passenger side and i had to throw it myself. Very unhealthy unhygienic. I have rented Uhal multiple times and this was my worst ever experience.

Everything was good. Only problem I ran into was pricing. The amount I ended up paying was not the same as the one I got during the online process. Uhaul is super expensive. Will do the private rentals or Discount.

It would be better to Provide all the equipment which customer needed. If you don't have the equipment it's better to let customer know before the last minute. Even though the location and cleaning service was great not satisfied with the u-haul service. I don't think I would recommend u-haul to my friends

I already fill gas tank and have record of gas still charge me 30 dollar and when i leave truck and the guy over there on shop say everything is ok but i have worse experience in my life u pay for gas still charge u
