1. the place was open but there was nobody there. neither a sign saying like "I be back in a moment" or so. the neighbours were very helpful and told me that the guy was around. I waited and 10 minutes later he arrived. a nice guy. 2. the lights in the first trailer I took didn't worked. the funny part is that he knew because previously other customers complained and he told me that in the other hand surprised how well organized are between all the U HAUL dealers to find trailers

Was hoping I could have got the truck I needed at the location that is much closer to me

THANH HThe only recommendation I would have would be to fill the trucks up fully with gas getting a truck that only had a quarter tank of gas was a little stressful and hard to gauge when we’re returning the vehicle
ELIZABETH FConfused about some of the charges. Did not use that many kms, I overfilled the gas and didn't get comp. Used U-Haul before and this experience was completely different.
