I requested a location close to my home, no equipment available. Even though I had to drive further to get equipment the mileage was not adjusted accordingly.

The place was closed but I did speak with a man on the phone is was very helpful and very professional. The truck was dirty when I picked it up. Had chips and stuff on the seats but overall okay. I cannot fault the storage place as it was not their fault it was the person who last used the truck.

I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to go pick up the truck and vehicle hauler. I believe it would have been more feasible if the equipment would have been in New Iberia Louisiana where I lived.
The owner of this location was very rude when I spoke to him. Also the 24/7 option has a lot of flaws I had an overall terrible experience.
Trailer required being swept out, but that is a minor complaint. Return my rental function of web app appeared to work, but did not check trailer in. I returned trailer by 2016 (8:16 PM) 7/22/2018, but was charged for two full days rather than one. When I did not receive a phone call as promised on Saturday, I called customer service. Hold time was 29 minutes and 41 seconds (during which I was reminded to post a review 89 times). I called the rental location at 8 AM and was told "no additional charge". When I pointed out that the trailer was returned on Friday, I was told that "charges are power trip". Since the instructions for the return procedure required putting my only copy of the rental agreement in the return box, I will have to rely on the photo I took before depositing it to verify those terms. I am not willing to spend another half hour on hold to speak with customer service--notations of the return were supposed to have been made by both the person I chatted with online and the one I spoke with, but that has no effect. I am extremely disappointed with U-Haul and your woefully understaffed customer support.

I was unable to access the self check-in on line. The Uhual customer service rep on the phone was less than helpful. I was not left feeling confident that I would not be charged additional days as I was at the mercy of someone coming in on a Monday to check the trailer in. Luckily when I called on Monday morning it was checked in and no issues. The customer service reps that answer the phones should have a way to check in if it can when it can't be done on line.
The cargo area had trash that I had to throw away and when I returned it, those people wanted to gig me on the cleanliness of the cargo area. Also, when I picked up the truck, I had to stop at a gas station and clean the windshield. There were SO many love bugs plastered on it that I could barely see out the window!!! NOT SAFE!!!!!

They weren't open until 5 they closed early no on answered the phone and it took a few days to get an email saying we dropped the trailer off.
Lambro owner said he was closing biz to travel. He should hurry and do public a favor. 1 tire at 40 Lb. Trailer turn signals crossed. Told me it was my vehicle. Had to prove it to him. Rewired. Had to come back for blankets they forgot to put in. Go see this place!
My reservation for a 10' truck was not honored. When I arrived to pick up the truck at the stated time, the attendent stated that he had released the truck that morning, prior to the reservation time, to "two ladies" who said that they were me. He showed me the rental form with all of my information on it, signed by someone else, as if to prove that I had indeed already been there and rented a truck. He seemed confused when I asked him if he had asked them for identification or even if the name on their credit card matched my name. He called U haul and told me that They would change my reservation so I could pick up a 26' truck at a station 1 hour away. I did not have the time to pick up that truck, nor did i have room for a 26' truck, so I called the station and declined the reservation. I received a receipt by email after the "two ladies" returned the truck. the receipt included the email address 1 _AFM@uhaul.com along with a request for comments, but emails to that address are undeliverable. Overall, my experience with Uhaul was disappointing. I am very dissatisfied and will not use Uhaul again.
Whenever someone reserves a certain size truck make sure that trick is available.

The guy rented me the trailer without checking the lights first, then blamed my truck for the running light malfunction. I explained that my truck was brand new and my running lights worked so it was obviously an issue with the aged trailer, but he insisted it was my vehicle and rented the trailer anyway without the running lights working. Also had a problem with drop off as the guy closed nearly an hour early the next day, when I arrived to return the uhaul an employee that was off the clock that doesn't deal with the uhaul rentals stated he didn't know the process for drop off and suggested I bring it back when the business owner (uhaul representitve) would be present. I was only charged for one day but the experience wasn't exactly a pleasant one, As the employee that suggested I bring It back the following day was sent home from work for telling me to do so...I didn't think this was fair as this man obviously didn't deal with the rental and return of the uhaul and didn't know what to do. Would not recommend this place.

Only problem was the website to process the transaction. The owner of the store had to process the transaction on paper. But he went out of his way to help us and was very friendly.
Service was excellent, we were stranded our vehicle broke down I didn't know what to do, and I called the 1800 and received the help we needed I thank God they came in like angels . Me and my family would most definitely recomnend your company. 100% customer satisfaction.
