Unable to login for 24/7 pick-up. Had to wait for the office manager to return-60 minutes. Office manager was accommodating and helpful- 5 star service. My inability to complete the 24/7 pick-up on the app is the reason for less than an excellent rating.

Please let people know that if you have AT&T cell phone service you don't have any service where you are located for remote pickup. You may want to install a cell signal booster for clients. We had to find someone with Verizon wireless who had enough service. Otherwise very good experience and cleanest van we have rented with Uhual. Thank you
