this location is not equip with anything but the rental vehicle, so if i need a dolly or a moving blanket I will need to go to another location which it will be an inconvenient.

The guy at the desk was so helpful He was able to explain several things we didn't know and when we had a problem with checking in he assisted us until we received our truck. Thank you so much for your help.

Veronica MThe male representative was not friendly at all. He was rude as I had completed my reservation online and decline the $26 optional insurance as he insisted to pay the additional optional insurance as he stated I agreed and I told him no I had and is declining. He didn't even guide me to tell me where the truck was parked and it was a rainy morning. Very rude.
