They did not have the truck I reserved. Therefore I had to downgrade, which made my move twice as long, because I had to do two trips. This made me go past my reservation time, and they charge me for two full days of rental. I did get some refund, but the hassle was almost not worth it. They also had no dropbox for the key, and even though I returned it be on my phone, they did not register it as dropped off until the morning.
