Have more trucks available so that if someone has to keep the truck longer than they expected and are paying the exorbitant prices that that entails, they aren't also harassed while doing so.

The location was fine, I didn’t get the utility dolly or furniture pads that I paid for but at that point I was so relieved to finally have a uhaul that I didn’t notice. U-haul is an absolute disaster. I reserved a truck at another location and then they didn’t have one when I went to pick it up. They said people didn’t return the trucks on time from earlier reservations. They sent me to this location and they almost didn’t give me a truck. I had movers coming to help me at 2pm and I had given myself 3 hours of buffer time for the uhaul and I still didn’t make it on time. It is insane how hard it is to get a truck even though I reserved one. Do not let people reserve and pay for something that isn’t there!!! There has to be a better way to make a reservation, people are relying on you for moving it is insane to me that the rental process at a truck rental company is so terrible. You literally have ONE JOB AND ITS TO RENT TRUCKS TO PEOPLE???? DO BETTER

Did not have the 15' truck I had reserved, was forced to take a 10' truck which made my move much more difficult. Station attendants were rude and unhelpful. Will not go back to this location.

I had no issues with this location specifically, and my truck was in good condition and everything. However there was a glitch when i tried to return my truck that kept saying my odometer reading was “lower than when it started” so I was not allowed to proceed. I called customer service and was on hold for over an houruntil I got a hold of someone, who told me to enter in a number over 100,000 miles higher than the actual reading to be able to continue, which worked. But then when I got to the payment section it said I had driven 110,000 miles and owed $19,550. I obviously disputed the charge and was told that I would receive a phone call to ask about why I disputed the charge within 48 hours and I still have not.

Better customer service. I booked everything online. I arrive over there and didnt get the truck i rented online. They just decided to give me whatever they liked. I barely had room to fit what i had to move which was a big inconvenience. Returning the experience was better because it was the end of my trip.

1. Don't offer the option to prepay if it isn't going to be accepted/approved by Uhaul. Warn people that even if they prepay they may need to put down a $100 deposit. 2. Make sure your website and computer system is up to date and actually works properly. 3. Don't FORCE customers to sign ANYTHING or digitally approve pictures that are inaccurate and taken hours prior to pick up, before the customer sees the truck. 4. Do your job up to corporate's standards. I.e. Update your keychains to the proper ones with the information on it. Make sure you verify and enter properly the mileage upon the previous return and DOUBLE CHECK that the mileage upon handling a key to a customer is truly what the computer system believes it should be. Tell your customers how much gas was in the truck upon pick up and tell them that they only need to fill it back up to that amount. (We were unaware and thought we had to completely fill the tank, paying at least an extra $15 in gas. And, don't approve a pre-payment and have it be taken out of the customer's account since the transaction is not supposed to be finalized until the equipment is returned.
