Remove the old location at Knapp Street Brooklyn New York from your website. I was orginally supposed to pick up there. Then I was told it no longer is for U-Haul.

They tried to charge me for 7 extra days, even though when I spoke with them over the phone they said I would only be charged for 6 extra days. They insisted I didn't need to go inside & that I could just drop off the truck and leave, but if I was allowed to go inside & finalize charges, I'm sure this wouldn't have happened.

The gas level quoted was incorrect (1/4 tank was quoted, and the tank was just above empty when we picked up the vehicle. A warning for "less than 50 miles of fuel" immediately popped up). Thus, I paid for a 1/4 of a tank of gas that I didn't use. The cost was $10 and I would appreciate a refund. Other than this, it was a great experience. Friendly and helpful staff at each step of the process. It was excellent customer service. Thank you! Best, Rae

My uhaul pickup location was incorrect. I had rented a 1 way truck and the location given to me never has 1 way trucks at their location. This caused a 2 hour delay which interfered with the time I had movers arriving to my home. Picking up a moving truck should be the easiest of my chaotic moving day. There also needs to be extra staff on hand during busy periods of the month (like the 1st)

I rent a truck every 4 weeks and this time, no one was available to close it out and 7 hours later they call me why I have not return the overdue rental.

Get a decent staff. I waited in like be for an hour then was charged an extra 49.00 for being late. The vehicle I reserved was not available and had to go with a different option that was not suitable for me. Horrible experience

Usually I have a good experience but today I waited an hour and a half for a trailer which I had a reservation for. And because of that I was late for my pickup.

I was asked to put a credit card on file but informed them I would not be paying with that card and asked them multiple times not to charge the card. When I returned the truck, they charged the card before giving me the chance to pay with another method.

U-Haul phone customer service needs major improvement! After changing my pickup location several times (and spending money to get there), I ended up at the Park Slope location for pickup.

All went to plan. Truck was clean and ready, no issues at any point. But some of the employees here seem miserably unhappy. Look, it's u-haul, I don't need bright smiles and a chipper "Good morning!" But a few of the employees act like you just ran over their dog. Sure, everyone has an off day, but I've been here several times and it's always the same, even though my only interaction is giving my name, and handing over my license and credit card. I just hope they don't feel this way all of the time. But again, a solid experience, and all was fine.

Customer service rep was rude . She told me not to tell her how to do her job when I explained I should not be charged for gas as the tank was right where it needed to be and it was their mistake.

The people behind the desk are incredibly rude and disorganized. The women I worked with completely overstepped and began taking all my finances information down without explanation They also tried to double charge me and took 7 hours of calling to rectify the situation. I can only imagine how much money they have added on to other people's bills - if I hadn't checked they wouldn't have even given me a receipt. All in all a terrible experience with the worst customer service.

The customer rep at the park slope location was extremely unprofessional, rude and not helpful at all. She tried to get me to add the extra coverage three times after I respectfully said I did not want it and was not interested. I would rather drive 45 miles out of my way to avoid ever going back to the park slope location.
