Electronic check needs to be a little better. I had an issue with scanning and a bit of confusion. I didn't get to verify gas and mileage. I was charged for gas but I had the same amount in it when I returned it.
Joseph G.When renting the truck the rep said it had half tank of gas and to return it with that amount. When i got to the truck it had less than a quarter tank. I documented w photos and called right away to avoid being charged for bringing it back w less than half tank. I hope i don't have a fuel surcharge because i will be disputing the whole charge and winning w documentation. I'll drive to the inkster uhaul outlet who I've used for years and never had this happen before.

BRENT RICHARD T.Uhaul was dirty cup holders had tobacco in them, it needed a front end alignment, tires where starting to wear tread on the inside, air bag light was on entire time meaning it wasn't working, driver's side windshield wiper was broken and unusable, and the car hauler had a faulty ramp. I did notify them upon return and they said they would note my concerns but that was it. Next time I think I'll try another location
