U-Haul has to make sure they are providing the location with the materials they need to assist the clients. We ordered extra blankets and U-Haul shorted the request. They are also not providing the location with other equipment requested, like hand trucks, etc. But the location was perfect for our pick-up and drop-off. The owner was very helpful.scott G.

The truck I requested (15 foot) was not at location at the time of pick up and never came that day, I had to rent a smaller truck (10foot) which created quite a hassle when loading the items I moved. I am not pleased with U-Haul as this is my 2nd time having an issue with U-Haul trucksThomas L.

I checked in online the Night before but They told me without the app it would not take so I had to spend another 15 minutes doing it a second time. It was here that the insurance was added without my consent. I feel U-Haul violated my contract and it took another lengthy call to get that removed. This is the first time I have been disappointed in my Uhaul experience.Mark F.
My problem was not with the site but with your app. I completed the checkin process early. Upon arriving at the pickup location, I completed the remaining steps and your systems were processing for more than 10 minutes. Fortunately, the area manager was at the site and was able to complete the process for me, but it was cumbersome, inefficient, and slow. I want to be clear that it was your systems that were the problem. The area manager, Antejuan, was great.Leslie L.
I think they're probably fine as their normal business of servicing small engines, and they were nice. But I requested contactless pick up with the U-Haul app and the location was not ready for that and I had to go in and get keys and finish the paperwork process for the truck face to face. No one was wearing masks.David M.
