The equipment had issues, I had to go to a different location to get it fixed
Armando T.Have someone there so I don't have to use the cashier's phone to talk to someone over the phone in a really sketchy area. If I go to a location to make a reservation, I shouldn't have to drive all over to get it! There was plenty of time for a truck to be picked up at the place I made the reservation at. And when you open the cargo there shouldn't be a rusty MACHETE hanging between the wood rails!! Who's murder weapon did I get stck with?! The location shouldn't change last minute. Also, the staff at Kenmore Avenue location (where I made the reservation) aren't very friendly and act like they're being bothered to do their job. They had a drop off location over 2 hours away from where I was moving and acted like it was a huge deal to change it. They also said the price wouldn't change. It was roughly $100 less.
Brian S.It didn't feel like a safe area. But it should be accessible to everyone so it's nice there is one there.
