The front end of the truck, along with the inside and outside of windshield were extremely. First morning took it to the local quarter wash and washed the front end, and cleaned the windshield. The pickup location is a small location and not the primary business of renting U-Haul, so owner has no way of cleaning the vehicles.

NAIEM NDrop off service not available after 2nd floor is locked after business hours. Elevator says 10pm off, but tried returning before 10 and was shut down including stairs to drop off box locked.
