I dropped my rental off at 4pm on Tuesday, and the uhaul representative ask for the keys and told me I would receive an email receipt. I had still not received the email Wednesday morning and my rental was still listed as active on the website. I called uhaul to close the rental and was told to wait until after 9am. My rental was due but at 8am and I explained this to the representative on the phone and was told I would be charged the extra day. I called again at 9am and was told I would receive my receipt by 6pm Wednesday. When I finally received my receipt they charged me for an extra day because this location logged the truck being return at 2pm Wednesday nearly 24 hrs after I had returned the rental. I had to call again and dispute the charge.
This location was easy to get to The UHAUL employee who was there to make sure the truck was ready was very helpful
Just have it ready and able to get out at the time scheduled for pick up. They had to move a car that wouldn't start before getting the van out.
The manager was rude and too busy to investigate why the charge approval was not going through properly. He asked if it was my card and I said that my card was fine. He then said, "Well our system seems to be down then, so you are going to have to call them to straighten it out." I was pressed for time and asked what the problem was. I had done everything I was asked to do ahead of time to expedite my pick up, as I had a real tight window to drive the truck down to pick up my daughter and all of her stuff. He said ..."well it must be our system but I don't have time to call, so you have to." I said, "Well since I have done everything I was supposed to do, shouldn't you call them?" And he said, "Look I have things to do I can't waste my time for 30-45 minutes sitting on the phone." So I got on the phone and waited on hold....while eventually, after another 30 minutes he reached someone and it got straightened out. No apology for the delay ever offered. I was polite throughout and left disappointed in UHaul.
Your entire mobile check in / return needs a complete overhaul. It was frustrating to use and we lost 25 minutes of rental time that we paid for waiting for our information to be approved. Not easy to use at all
It was quick and simple to drop off the truck. Plus since it was a gas station I was able to fill it back up to the level I needed right as I dropped it off which was very convenient.
Have longer hours, e.g. from 9 am - 6 pm on weekdays and Sat and be open on Sunday at least till 4 pm

they didnt register the user before me so i was charged 300 more miles on my order. Had to takeoff owkr so even when they fixed the rice i lost money tryingto fix . their mistake

No problems at all. The truck I requested was ready when I showed up. I had to return after closing hours, but that was not a problem for them. All went smoothly.

Your online pickup process needs improvement. Not user friendly as the app claims. We got emails to pick up in Burlington(our requested location), then Wilmington bc the truck wasn't available in Burl. but we were physically at the Burlington location and the truck was there and available. The owner of the Citgo Burlington was extremely helpful and facilitated the process for us. It all ended up great in the end but that confusion gave us A LOT of unnecessary stress.
Nice and accommodating person but there was hardly and space in this gas station that doubled as a u haul delivery place. Had to park my uhaul in a VERY tight spot. Wouldn't be my preferred location in future
The service here was excellent, the employees really nice and helpful. The only thing was that the Uhaul that I was given had only half a tank of gas and the owner didnt catch that until another employee had inputted into the computer that it was 3/4 tank. The owner of the gas station said to call him if I got charged for gas not being returned at 3/4. Unfortunately, I was charged $33+ for the gas. I called the place explaining what happened, still waiting for a response.
The only issue was UHaul put my account on hold and never notified me. It was an easy fix and something that should have been taken care of on your end. Wasn't a problem but delayed the PU a bit. Burlington Citgo was a very pleasant experience, very professional and caring. Would highly recommend PU at Burlington Citgo.
Make sure someone is there at all times that understands the drop-off procedure
Busy gas station so a bit of a delay in getting attention for rental pickup but after that 5/5.
Nothing great experience
When I got to the rental location I found out that U-Haul had rented the same vehicle to three people and there was only one van available I got lucky because the guy who was ahead of me had stepped out because we all were waiting for half an hour just to rent the damn van. But the Fact that you haul would actually rent the same vehicle to multiple customers is completely ridiculous and I will never rent from U-Haul again. The fact that the people at the gas station were so nonchalant about it infuriated me. Seriously, you guys are very messed up and disorganized. Bad company.

Made an appt... was sent to a completely different place, called and they didnt have the truck I needed, was sent to another placed which was 15 miles from my destination. Went to destination and they told me I couldnt drop it off at a location near me. They charged me 30 dollars for the first 30 Miles which I wasted picking up and dropping off the truck. Was told over the phone that I didnt have to pay more for an upgraded truck since it was 15 miles away and I was charged full price for it. Waited over 40 minutes to be able to get the truck. Horrible experiance...
When I arrived at the pick-up location, I was told that there was a mistake and that my van was not at the site. Then, 10 minutes later I was told that they were wrong, I could take the van. I returned my keys at the end of the day and then received a call a few days later saying no one had checked in the van and they would have to charge me for another days use despite my having already returned the van. U-Haul was able to track down the van the next morning (it had never been checked in) and things were straightened out, but there was a lot of additional stress and phone calls because of this mistake.There doesn't appear to be a very good organizational system set-up at this pick-up location for U-Haul pick-ups and check-ins. I was disappointed and frustrated with my service.
