I can't really write that area because I never went in I just simply drop the trailer off at the location from the outside it appeared to be clean and I had no difficulty finding a place to park the trailer

Much of the contents of the trailer got very wet in transit...though it was a heavy rain, would expect the insides to stay dry....reported condition and have confidence it will be addressed....so no real biggie.

I was charged twice for my rental. I've had to fight to get my money back. The gentleman who owns the rental place spoke to me like I was an idiot and argued with me, denying that he made a mistake and that I didn't know what I was talking about in relation to pending charges and actual withdrawals.

This is a drive thru carry out. Every time a car comes the guy stops serving uhaul customer. Our transaction was interrupted many times. Also, he first mixed up reservation with another customer. Then he kept getting errors with his system even after rebooting. Finally he called someone and they told him to process as a walk in. Was there a very long time, as was another uhaul customer. No offer to look over the truck with me or go over anything like what happens at pick up at other locations I've used.
