Do not rent from uhal in the beginning. The man had no clue what he was doing. He told me there was someone who could load my vehicle on a tow dolly . He redid the original contract minus the insurance that covered roadside assistance. So not only did I pay 725$ from Mississippi to Texas but I paid another 300 to have someone come from an hr away to load the car on to the tow dolly.

Wesley BThe man here was so extremely rude. He could not figure out how to prepare my reservation and blamed it on me. He was late for my appointment, so I started getting setup on the app while I waited. I had everything ready to go, with the reservation code displayed on my phone, and he asked, “if you’re doing that, then why am I here?!” He proceeded to tell me that I screwed it up and kept telling me this as I apologized for my supposed wrong-doing. This man should NOT be doing this job because he has no clue and gets angry with customers when he’s confused. The truck was also dirty and his gas station had an obnoxious smell that made me sick. I almost swore of Uhaul for good but Patrick at the pickup location in Laurel changed my mind.
MICHAEL SProprietor was of Asian Indian descent, and her English was a little difficult to understand, but she was very friendly and assisted me with everything I needed.
