This was my first experience renting a Uhaul vehicle. The service was great and the Uhaul app is very thorough in explaining how to proceed with each step, with the help of demonstration videos as well. If you're a hands-on person needing face-to-face like me, Barnett Body Shop's workers are open to assisting as much as they know how.

The only issue I had was the truck that I reserved two weeks prior was not available and I did not get a phone call from U-Haul until 6 PM the night before my move. I had to take a much smaller truck, and my move took three times as long. This had nothing to do with the Barnettes body shop location, just U-Haul in general has poor business practices.

David F.Card on file . I was asked if I wanted to charge it . I answered Yes only to receive a receipt that said the rental had been deducted from my $100 deposit. Why would you do that when you have a card on file. Definitely won't be using this location again.
