When I went in to check truck in, clerk insisted I park the truck in his lot, then come back and drop key. Did not acknowledge receipt of key or converse at all.Mark B.
Vehicle for old and dirty with a lot of dents and scrapes. Very loud and bumpy ride. Not as good as other Uhaul trucks we had rented in the past, plus expensive with a daily rate, mileage rate, plus gas. Never paid that much in the past. Will think twice before renting one again.Robert H.
The trailer hitch didn't go on smoothly and we had to get the rental office to remove it from the car with a jack. People were not very informative or pleasant. Charged me for 3 days and I only had it for 2. Very disappointed and will not be using u-haul again.Jeanne P.
I do not like the fact that we specifically did not sign up for insurance, yet when I went to pay the insurance was added back. When I questioned, the individual said it was in our contract. I know it was not. I paid for the insurance as I needed the trailer that day AND my credit card was already charged. There was no assistance with the hook up and we were told to go out on the side and look for the trailer number. The tires were not filled correctly and we had to find a place to add air to both tires. Not good customer service overall. I would not return to this u-haul location nor will I recommend it.Kevin B.

Not friendly service. Overcharged me then when i pointed out that I had a locked in rate 30 dollars cheaper than what he had charged me and I showed him the receipt stating my locked in rate he still wanted to overcharge me. Finally he gave me the locked in rate. Handed me the the key Didn't take me to find the correct truck. I had to go search for itTracy B.

Have rented U haul equip for decades. This location has absolutely no business being part of their company. Too much to go into. UHaul, dorp this location. My complaint is on file with customer service. I pass 2 UHaul location on my way to this one. They should not be part of UHaulSteve S.
All customers are instructed to go out back and find their trailer and hook them up without any assistance, safety checkout or inspection of working lights etc. On return, the owner simply has customers "drop" their trailers and nobody checks you in which leaves you susceptible to being charged for damage without any protection for the consumer.Scott W.

Properly equipped location to set up the towed equipment properly. Staff that are more helpful with keeping scheduled appointments and knowledgeable and helpful with pickup, hooking up, unhooking and drop off assistance is required. These services have always been available at rental locations and should be still performed by rental location staff.Sandra B.

He just gave me a trailer number and said please put it back where it is when you bring it back. He didnt come out to check if I had the correct hitch or wiring or anything. I thought they would at least look at the tow vehicle to make sure it would be safe.Eugene R.

The Uhaul did in fact run well. However there were numerous scrapes and dents in and on the vehicle that were not previously marked. This included two nicks and an 8â€ crack in the windshield.Michael B.

When I returned the trailer, the gentleman at the counter told me to just park it in the lot. I asked if he needed my contract and he said no, that he would take care of it. It's been two days and I still don't have a final receipt. I've called the uhaul 1-800 number and they show the trailer still not checked in TWO DAYS LATER. I would really appreciate it if I could get some kind of closure that the trailer has been returned.Jerry T.
