We came in from out of town on Saturday September 29/18 to help our daughter move across town. First, when we arrived at the location we couldn't find it as it is a UPS Office! Finally after a few minutes we noticed a very faint sign in the window saying UHaul !! We arrived about 9:50 am and the UPS store was closed. We were to pick up our truck at 10:00 am. When no one arrived to open up the store by 10:10 am we called UHaul and spoke to someone. They were in the process of trying to help find us another truck when the fellow from UPS/UHaul finally pulled up about 10:15. We were understanding and just wanted to get on the road. We got our truck about 10:30 and went about our move. We had the truck booked until 5:00 pm that day. We brought the truck back and parked it about a 1/2 block away at the dropoff point behind a warehouse. We took a picture of the odometer and the gas tank reading for verification! The droppoff time was 3:32 pm (1 1/2 hours early). We drove over to the UPS office/Uhaul Pickup store and found it closed. We then put the key in the agreed drop off box. We then left. On the following Monday, my daughter received a new billing for an extra day. He is saying we never returned the UHaul until Sunday ! The man said he was at his store until 4:00 pm and the truck was not back then. We sent him a picture of the odometer reading showing the time and day from our IPhone. He would not believe us and thought we were trying to pull something off on him! I am sure he has a security camera showing his store was closed when my husband walked it to drop off the key! He also accused us of stealing a dolly which was not in the truck to begin with. We have contacted the head office and a employee said she was going to email and send our timed stamped photo and the incorrect bill to the district manager and bring this up with him and it is Thursday and we still have heard no response about this situation. Our Visa has also been notified of this situation! Needless to say we will not be using UHaul again, especially not Noble Choice Group.

Terrible service , was way to far spent most of my trip bring the damn truck back , waste of money ... gave u haul another chance .. still shit service . Trucks door did not latch properly super dangerous Had three location near me with 5 km range and had to drive 40 km just to get a u haul .. Terrible service was a ups location , guy didn’t even inspect the truck , brought it back with half a tank when it was below half when I got it and he said it still wasn’t good enough ..

Absolutely terrible service that severely hindered my day, and left my stranded with no options. I called into a u-haul for pick up near my locations, and no address or mention of pick up was mentioned to me. In the email confirmation only called Location for Nobal Choice Group. I called the location where I made the booking, to find the address. The pick up for truck was 20 minutes away from what was anticipated. We were barely able to locate the place, because it was not a Haul location, or a sign called Noble Choice Group. I google Noble Choice group, to have google say UHaul. I call number to get a guy short on breath, saying it's a UPS Store. I arrive at location, to find no one manning the store. Area completely empty, with no one inside. I recorded no one was inside the store when I was suppose to pick up truck. I call the store, to have the same man answer. We had to wait for him to return to store. When he finally arrived, he was very slow and short on breath. Took 10 minutes to process paper work, and he insisted to get my friend that dropped me off into and name. Or he would not give me the car. He said he named his info to confirm? Which name zero sense. Then when paper work was finished, we had to walk several blocks around buildings to get to the truck. With location change, and pick up delays. I was unable to finish my moving. I tried to extend my time, and was only threatened with being fine $1000 for not returning truck on time. I have several items I was un able to move because of the issues I experienced on pick up and location. I don't think it's fair the pressure and delays I experienced.

The u haul franchise overall is terrible! I was told i could pick up at blackfoot. Then they told me that i had to go to Kensington once i arrived there i was told that the person who was supposed to drop off my u haul never showed up and they talked to him an hour and a half prior.. and that i would have to drive accross the city to a different location. Couldn't have picked up the phone and called me? Waste my time and gas driving all over the city to pick up a u haul i had reserved a month prior.. once i finally got the u haul i had called them multiple times to confirm my reservation and after talking to 7 different staff who all confirmed my reservation i kept getting an e mail saying i had to bring the truck back on the day i was actually moving.. so after calling and argueing with them over and over i literally had to take time off of work to go down to blackfoot and go straight to the manager who then corrected my reservation in all of about 2 minutes. After many rude and ignorant people told me it had been done when really it had not. And my contract stated i could drop it off at any location in the city. So when i went to drop it off at the closest location to me they turned me away and i had to drive it back to blackfoot which then made me go over my kilometres so guess what i had to pay for that.. never again u haul! You just lost a customer.
