Your service was excellent and we appreciate having such a convenient location to pick up a van.

Tried to call several times - nobody answered the phone. Assessed for 2 days extra rental but actually only 8 hours late. Assessed a cleaning fee for no reason.
Peter M. le
Be more transparent with your prices. No one rents for $19.95. After all the extra charges I had to pay $73.00. Seems like a scam to me

My experience was positive. Perhaps if each customer was dealt with one by one instead of having to wait for the next one to be processed, would be quicker.

Had the vehicle that I requested, however none of the equipment that I had ordered. Vehicle was nice and clean.

Everything was very good.

Check your cars more often. Car wasn't clean, front tire rotation and balance, exhaust broken !!!!!! Just very badly maintained Sorry to say that

Great fast service

The sign in the window is hard to see. Better signage would be better. I was not aware of the return policy. The return policy is good, but I would have liked to have known the process in advance. Thank you

Cargo van was dirty, wiper did tank of gas I revised as well as they are trying to charge me 59 cents not 49 as quoted Ronaye Madell

All went well the rental process was easy.

Very rude service. Van provided had very noisy gear shift. The glove box had not been cleaned for months. Multiple old rental documents were inside. Will not provide a receipt / invoice on returning the vehicle. To get a receipt you need to contact UHaul customer service. 40 minute wait on the 800 # .The invoice finally supplied was jpg. Yes, don't expect a printout or PDF and will not indicate a cost breakup. In summary a $19.99 advertised price ballooned to $79 for a two hour rental. No explanation. Don't go to this outlet.

The only problem was the Arizona plates/US-style. All of the height signage in Alberta Canada is in meters. The only height warning in the cab was 11 feet zero inches maximum. If it's being driven in Canada there has to be a meter height sticker. I was worried the whole drive.

Service was great! Thank you very much!

Quick and easy drop off. Opened right at 8:00 A.M. so my husband could still get to work. Love there is a location on the South end of Calgary.

Staff needs to smile when greeting customers. He was professional but no smiles

This location closes at noon on Saturday, is not open on Sundays and has no drop box for keys. When asked, I was told that I could drop the van off and leave the key under the seat, but that wasn't recommended as it was a higher theft area. I understood that I should then bring the van back on Monday. When I brought it back (with only 14km used), I was told that I should have brought the van back on Saturday and kept the key. This was NOT made clear to me at the time of rental. I have now been charged three days rental. I do not recommend this location at all. They are a poorly run operation with very poor communication.

I put gas in but apparently not enough and they still charged me for the fuel option.

The tire was slipping eveey time when every other vehicle were moving nice amd good. I had a terrible time to use a pull out service twice and shovel the snow for half an hour every time and worned out my car's winter mat . We were tired more by making the vehicle run than transferring and moving all our stuffs. It was like a bad dream and a bad day to me amd my family. It was my 3rd time to drive Uhaul and was the worst experience.

I told the manager that his trucks need winter tires, he said once loaded there is no slipping. I took 40 minutes and 3 people just to get away from the curb. Finally the help of a jeep with a tow rope got me going. I stopped 3 feet past the door where my load was at. I was forced to circle the block and come in again to load up since the wheels slipped downhill (1% grade). I had trouble staying in lanes where it was snowy at 60 kph. With a load the wheels just spin more as you sink. I drove truck and schoolbus 20 years and had no problems in winter except with Uhaul vans and trucks. This is try #2 in 10 years and I think it is bye bye. Your licence says Arizona. I rest my case.
