The only problem we had during check in was the uhaul POS system failing to load. The store owner used various methods to determine that his internet was still functioning at normal capacity and the site to complete registration did not load until 20 minutes after arrival.

Nathan H.Was told the vehicle had a full tank, it did not. It was below full now I end up paying for that since the store was closed at least 25 minutes earlier than the time they said they closed so I was forced to do the online check-in which allows no input of any kind and the pre programmed questions they do ask also don't allow much of a quality response.
