First I picked up the truck on time however i was informed that the 2 box Dollies and 1 appliance dolly were not available. When I questioned I was told they never have Dollies. I asked what do I do with every thing I have to move. I was told. "I dont know what to tell you". I decided at that point I might need an additional day and paid for it at that point. I returned the truck at the designated location at 8am on Sunday and knocked on the door of a house to find out where to drop the truck. A man opened the door said put it over there and pointed. Then as I was walking away he yelled there is a box on a building to drop the keys. Tuesday I received a text message stating they could not find the keys. I sent a picture I took of the keys and asked about the additional day and was told I was charged what I was charged. Wednesday I was notified by the bank that I was changed an additional 41,42 by the drop off location. I know I did not go 41 miles over and I know I filled the truck up so the charge is mysterious.

The address needs to be posted on the road. Overall the owner was great and polite. They should give business cards to the local businesses

Kevin DEverything was great with the exception of the Uhaul app when I returned the trailer. It wanted pictures to prove cleanliness, however, no matter how many pictures I took, the app wouldn't record them even after I ok'd them. I have to contact the owner of the place I rented to have her check the trailer in, even though she was closed when I returned it.
Todd PMy sister and I are travel nurses and were a long way from home when my water pump went out on my car. This location made getting a U-Haul and towing my car home, easier than I imagined. They were super friend and the customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Orangeburg area that’s in need to rent from U-Haul. Thanks again!
